Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Elissa Does It LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality baked goods and homegrown items. Because our products are made to order and perishable, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

  • Refund requests made before the 24-hour mark may be approved at our discretion.

  • Once preparation for your order has begun, we cannot issue a refund.

  • Refunds are not provided for:

    • Failure to pick up your order

    • Incorrect information provided by the customer (pickup time, delivery address, etc.)

    • Changes of mind after the 24-hour window

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

  • Cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be accepted, and the order will remain non-refundable.

  • To cancel an order, you must contact us directly at elissapalmerbakes@gmail.com.

4. Order Changes

  • Requests to modify orders (flavors, quantities, pickup time, etc.) must also be made before the 24-hour cutoff.

  • Changes requested within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed and may not be accepted.

5. Failed Pickups or Deliveries

  • If a customer fails to pick up their order or is unavailable for delivery during the agreed time window, the order is considered forfeited and non-refundable.
